The book tells a tale of the famous story Beauty And The Beast. It stars the beautiful Belle as the main character. My 10 year old daughter Emaleigh picked it up and couldn’t put it down.

Emaleigh loves the character Belle because she reminds her so much of herself for the love of books.

This book picks up where Belle has just exchanged her life for freedom of her father and is now being held captive by the Beast in his castle.

We meet two sisters playing chess, Death and Love, and they begin discussing the curse place on the beast and the entire castle. So will now get an insight into the curse and how it happened.

Beast gives Belle the library and inside she finds an enchanted book called Nevermore. When opened it opens a portal into the book. This is where she escapes into the enchanted world.

The book kept my 10 year old daughter intrigured. This book let her get lost in it and was definitely a page turner. It was a fairly quick read for her as it kept her wondering how the story would be resolved.

Donnelly offers a book that’s filled with love, death and friendship. Will Belle escape the enchanted world in time to save Beast and her friends from the curse? Find out in Beauty and The Beast; Lost In A Book.
